COUNSELING. COACHING. SPIRITUAL DIRECTION.
Rochelle Frazier, LPC
This is more than counseling or coaching. This is a sanctuary for the soul.
At The Abbey, we hold sacred space for your healing and transformation—emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. Whether you’re walking through our counseling or coaching pathway, you’re stepping into a journey that is intentionally designed to help you heal, grow, and become whole.
When you join us, you’re also invited into The Inner Circle—a deeper experience that includes access to:
The Upper Room (Bi-Weekly Prayer Room)
WAKE UP Rituals (Monthly)
Daily prompts to support your personal renewal.
This is not just about sessions—it’s about creating space for the life your soul has been longing for.
Come as you are. But don’t expect to stay there.
Grab something warm to hold in your hands.
Find a quiet corner.
Light a candle if you’d like.
Take a deep breath—and settle in.
I invite you to begin creating holy ground right where you are—a space that honors your healing, your story, and your transformation.
Together, we’re not just processing life. We’re waking up to it with clarity, courage, and with God.

Disclaimer
Please note that there is an important distinction between counseling and coaching. As a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Louisiana (and actively pursuing licensure in other states), I am trained to assess, diagnose, and treat underlying mental health issues.
Coaching, on the other hand, is not clinical in nature. Coaching is designed as a forward-focused process designed to help individuals move from where they are to where they want to be—personally, relationally, and spiritually. Coaching provides structure, clarity, and support to help you create a life that is meaningful, intentional, and aligned with your values.
Due to my unique background—which includes pastoring, clinical counseling, life coaching, and neurologically informed trauma and somatic work—I bring a holistic, integrative approach that bridges psychology and spirituality. Whether I am counseling or coaching, my heart is to walk with you toward transformation, healing, and wholeness.
