In addition to counseling and coaching, Rochelle leads intensives, events, and retreats. She has a passion to create church cultures that live, love, and lead WELL, and has developed ministry intensives to serve leaders. She is releasing The Sacred Rebuild, a therapeutically informed discipleship program in the fall of 2026, and hopes to guide churches to lead people into transformation.
