TA’AVAH
A HOLY PRACTICE
A holy practice integrating spiritual direction, somatic, limbic and inner heal and
positioning women to enter into the most Holy Place.
Ta’avah is the Hebrew word for longing. I will show you in this video the beautiful thread through scripture of how this word Ta’avah holds keys to spiritual transformation. I know the longing of women to find healing and wholeness. I know the longing for meaningful connection and belonging. I know the longing to live out our identity in sacred scripture, yet feel very far from it. The reality is that we can have barriers in our soul and body that can hinder us from living out who we truly are. In this practice, we will use practices and therapeutic tools that have been proved to bring healing, but always have the focus that Jesus {Yeshua} is our ultimate longing and when we make space for Him, we will be transformed. Ta’avah is beautiful combination of movement, prayer, and connection without integrating non-Christian practices. Ultimately, my hope is that this practice will position you for your eternal role as priest, and I encourage you to join our Finding Abigail program that will teach you on the kingdom identities that the Father is calling us into in this hour in history.
Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place?
The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god. They will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God their Savior. Such is the genration of those who seek him, who seek your face, God of Jacob. Lift up your heads, you gates: be lifted up, you ancient doors, the the King of glory may come in!
Psalm 24:3-7
May we enter in together.

The Practice includes three components: The Practice, The Sacred Flow, & Priestly Prayers
-
The Practice
The Practice integrates somatic and limbic healing with scripture and inner healing practices. We have learned that the body does in fact hold our story, and our life experiences can trump His Story. Limbic injury can cause fatigue, brain fog, poor memory, and chronic illness. Many are reaching to Eastern practices to heal these injuries, but as believers we need only to reach for Jesus!
-
Priestly Prayers
We spend much of our Christian faith ministering to others, but biblically there is much to say about ministering to God as His Kingdom of Priest. This part of Ta’avah will help guide those who desire to go deeper in intimacy with Father, Son and Holy Spirit by using scriptural meditations that align you to seek His face.

The Sacred Flow
For those of you who love stretching, this practice will help give you a non-yoga option to not only stretch and move, but put your intention on what is SACRED!
