Many believers are quietly weary—not from a lack of faith, but from not knowing how to live out what they believe. They love Jesus, but still feel stuck, anxious, burned out, or disconnected from the abundant life He promised. They know the truth, but aren’t living in its freedom, and they wonder why.

It’s called The Sacred Rebuild: Waking Up & Coming Home.
As both a licensed clinical counselor and someone who has served in pastoral ministry, I bridge the world of spiritual formation and emotional and somatic (body) healing. The Scripture tells us that we are to be sanctified in spirit, soul, and body, and learning how to integrate all of these is something the church has been missing. I believe this is why we are living short of the promises offered.
From my own story of burnout and devastation, I found a way home that I believe is not only therapeutic but is discipleship. And I am honored to bring this method to churches in hopes that the sons and daughters will WAKE UP and COME HOME!
