As both a licensed clinical counselor and someone who has served in pastoral ministry, I bridge the world of spiritual formation and emotional and somatic (body) healing. The Scripture tells us that we are to be sanctified in spirit, soul, and body, and learning how to integrate all of these is something the church has been missing. I believe this is why we are living short of the promises offered.

From my own story of burnout and devastation, I found a way home that I believe is not only therapeutic but is discipleship. And I am honored to bring this method to churches in hopes that the sons and daughters will WAKE UP and COME HOME!
