Live, Love, & Lead WELL
Individuals, Couples, Ministry Teams and Churches
Healthy churches are built by healthy people.
We invest deeply in developing leaders who can preach, build teams, carry vision, and serve people well.
But who is tending to the people carrying the ministry?
Behind every role is a whole person—with a story, a nervous system, relationships, wounds, strengths, and a soul that needs care too. Live, Love, Lead Well was created to help ministry teams become healthier from the inside out—not simply so they can lead better, but so they can live well, love well, and lead from wholeness.
Imagine what could happen if your team shared a common language for emotional and spiritual health. If they understood what happens within them under pressure. If marriages and relationships were strengthened before they reached crisis.
If leaders learned to recognize unhealthy relational patterns, repair conflict, establish healthy boundaries, and lead from security rather than survival. And if the people carrying your church’s vision were given practical tools to care for their own souls while caring for everyone else’s.
What if health became part of your church culture?
Live, Love, Lead Well brings together theology, psychology, neuroscience, and practical formation to help ministry teams cultivate cultures where people can flourish.
Together, we’ll explore how to:
LIVE WELL:
Develop rhythms that support emotional, spiritual, and nervous-system health so leaders can carry their calling without losing themselves in it.
LOVE WELL:
Strengthen marriages and relationships, understand attachment and relational patterns, navigate healthy conflict, and build relationships marked by truth, safety, and connection. We will understand how to access the wellspring to live from rather than our wounded nature that most often shows up in our most intimate relationships.
LEAD WELL:
Recognize how our stories affect the way we lead, develop greater self-awareness, create emotionally healthy teams, and cultivate church cultures where both leaders and people can grow.
This isn’t about coming into your church to point out what’s wrong. It’s about investing in what’s most valuable—the people carrying what God has entrusted to you. Because when leaders become healthier, relationships become healthier. When relationships become healthier, teams become healthier.
And healthy teams help create churches where people can encounter God, grow, heal, and thrive.
Let’s build cultures that live, love, and lead well.
MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
I know all too well the struggles of leading ministry. I know intimately the personal and community devastation of a move of God ceasing due to exposure. I know the need for consistency and integrity to sustain the vision you have in your heart to impact your city. I also know the statistics are alarming, and we need to be intentional about cultivating cultures that honor God and those we lead.
I am passionate about helping women, couples, and ministry leaders and their teams get well, so that they fulfill the call on their lives rather than leave ministry due to burnout or exposure. Additionally, Isaiah 61 gives us a pattern of restoring people that then restore cities. We must create church cultures that restore people so that from a place of health we can redeem the land we are called to. I am honored to be a part of that journey with your team.
